Bishop Dr. Leonard Mocali Vando was born on December 16, 1962.  He is the 2^nd of 13 children. Bishop Dr. Leonard Vando was born again in 1993 and went to the Apostolic Bible College Kumba. In 1995, he held his first pastoral work with the Apostolic church in Muea, Buea.

He founded Living Water Jesus is Love Global Ministries in 2000 in yaounde, then moved to the United States in 2001 where he started  with  his wife another branch in Silver Spring, Maryland.

While pastoring and working at the same time, he began schooling in the United American Free Will Baptist Graduate School of Theology, Winston College, North Carolina, where he obtained his Bachelor degree in Theology. In January 2005, he got his Bachelor degree in Biblical studies. Bishop. Dr. Leonard Vando also has a Master degree in Divinity which he received in 2007. In December 2010, he graduated from UAFWBC and was conferred a Doctorate degree in divinity.

Bishop Dr. Leonard Vando has been pastoring and ministering for the past 18 years and is the General Overseer of Living Water Jesus is Love Global Ministries worldwide. He is married to a beautiful and loving wife, his twin in ministry, Bishop Dr. Caroline Vando.

Bishop Dr. Leonard Vando is totally sold out for Jesus.  His vision for the kingdom of God is to establish the kingdom of God, to reveal the love and compassion of Christ throughout the nations and to have the people of God empowered and anointed in order to unlock the word of God and unlock the world.
